Here is another progress report on building the Bob Long Europe.

1. Our first service center will be held in Poland. We have chosen KanTecH paintball service to become our primary authorized partner. Since 1998 KanTech has been continuously delivering the highest quality of service thus gaining the trust and appreciation of customers. We are deeply convinced that the same highest standards will now be used to maintain the best markers in the world across Europe.

2. Starting from now you can contact us on any technical issues regarding your BL markers – we will try to keep our service level standard and answer your questions during one working day since their receiving date. You can do it via Facebook or email us at: tech@boblong.eu

3. The service price list is ready to be published – we are still negotiating the best terms and prices of shipment – this should be done next week.

4. The service level standard is ready – thanks to this you will know from the very beginning what are the rules of servicing your precious BLs

5. The markers, spare parts and tools are on the way to us – should be here by the end of August

6. The beta version of our web page is ready – just waiting for some minor adjustments

7. The dealer policy is ready – potential dealers please contact us for further details – Facebook or email at: dealers@boblong.eu

8. The team sponsorship policy is ready – teams please contact us for further details – Facebook or email at: info@boblong.eu

9. Since now we will keep you updated at least once per week on how we are doing .

So to sum up – things are going well however there is still a lot to do for us. We are aiming at providing you with the best customer service possible – that what the Bob Long is all about – make you feel unique and like a family member – corporate approach is not our way

Hab sie schon kontaktiert und gefragt wie es in DE mit Support, Team Support, Teilen und Techen aussieht. Sowie mit verkauf (f stempel etc).

Let me answer your questions

1. How is it going with the shipment support etc for Germany?

Yes, we will ship to Germany, the cost for now is 15 EUR however it will be much less - still negotiating.

2. How is the team deal for a germany team wich plays in the bundesliga (one of the downer leagues)?

Please find attached the team sponsorship form - you will find all the general terms and conditions and the infrmation we need there. Fill it in and send us back - we will contact you to agree the details - each case is treated exceptionally due to our policy - we wish to build up the Bob Long family in Europe, not corporation

3. For how much do you exactly sell the guns in euros?

We do not this yet - still waiting for the shipment. We will publish the price list on our website as soon as we know it.

4. Can i order guns with the german f stamp on from you?

No, not yet. This is a disclaimer that will be published on our web page:

Attention German customers!
Please be advised that the markers offered by us are not marked with the “F” mark which is obligatory according to the German law. We are not and responsible for any problems that might result from this fact. You buy entirely at your own risk.

We are working hard on getting the F-Stempel asap - will let you know!

5. Whats the difference between the Vis, the Vcom and the Ripper/Victory V2?

This is what out technician said:

The Ripper guns have been discontinued.
The Vis, the Vcom and the Ripper come standard with a Poppet and Spool Valve engine.
The main difference between all thiese guns is in body design.
The VIS comes standard with 3 barrel backs and a 14" barrel tip, V-com does not.
Generally Vis is the highest version of Bob long guns based on the proven Marq platform.

6. Do you have the new insight bolt in stock?

Not yet - please ask again by the end of August in case I forgot to write you when the spare parts arrive.

Kurzzusammenfassung für die die des Englischen nicht mächtig sind:

Sie verschicken nach Deutschland, aktuell noch 15 Euro. Bald billiger
Aktuell dürfen sie KEINE

Stempel machen, sie sind aber drauf und dran die Genehmigung dafür zu bekommen.
Für Team Deals soll man ein Formular ausfüllen (gebe ich euch auf Anfrage genre) und ihnen schicken
Preise gibts sobald die Lieferung raus ist (siehe Facebook, wo Bob PERSÖNLICH vor den Knarren für Europa posiert

Meinen die mit F stempel denn wirklich deutsche zulassung inklusive WHL lizenz usw? gibt viele guns mit f stempel serienmässig ... das macht die ja nicht legaler.

dieses gesetz is auch sowas von dämlich und daneben fuer pb mal ohne witz.

Einzige Möglichkeit über Reseller die die dann branden...ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das die polnische Firma hier Beschussamttechnisch rumhantiert...evtl. nen Joint Venture mit ner deutschen Firma zusammen...

Kann es sein das einige denken das es jetzt billiger wird? Oder mehr Ersatz teile gibt.
Also ich war ja erst vor kurzem bei Bob Long ein paar Techkurze belegen ,ich war auch im Lager und der Protunktion. Da gibt es keine Ersatzteile.
Ich wollte sooo vieles mitnehmen, hatte ne Riesen Liste bei, aber scheiße da war nichts.....
Und nur weil er da 20 knarren nach Polen schickt (wo er übrigens 3-4 Tage für die Montage brauch) bringt es uns hier noch lange keine vorteile....

Mir völlig unverständlich wieso man nicht gleich einen deutschen Händler genommen hat. Die Amis sind immernoch so blöde und glauben ein F reicht und alles ist schick.

Es weiss ja niemand wie dieser BL Europe Deal zustande kam.

Es gab ja keine Ausschreibung oder ähnliches.

Evtl hat sie der Polnische Dealer einfach nur BL an den Hals geworfen und ist selbst mit der Idee gekommen. Am Ende wirds ne Eintagsfliege.

Naja der Vorteil sollte sein das Bob dafür sorgt das seine Europäische zweigstelle immer genug stuff da hat und sie nicht so
Im Regen stehen lässt wie er es die letzen jahre mit den deutschen
Händlern getan hat.

Bevor RL zu MD gewechselt ist war BL in Osteuropa sehr beliebt.
Mittlerweile ist BL wirklich eine Randerscheinung, obwohl es die geilsten Knarren sind meiner Meinung nach
