Here is another progress report on building the Bob Long Europe.
1. Our first service center will be held in Poland. We have chosen KanTecH paintball service to become our primary authorized partner. Since 1998 KanTech has been continuously delivering the highest quality of service thus gaining the trust and appreciation of customers. We are deeply convinced that the same highest standards will now be used to maintain the best markers in the world across Europe.
2. Starting from now you can contact us on any technical issues regarding your BL markers – we will try to keep our service level standard and answer your questions during one working day since their receiving date. You can do it via Facebook or email us at: tech@boblong.eu
3. The service price list is ready to be published – we are still negotiating the best terms and prices of shipment – this should be done next week.
4. The service level standard is ready – thanks to this you will know from the very beginning what are the rules of servicing your precious BLs
5. The markers, spare parts and tools are on the way to us – should be here by the end of August
6. The beta version of our web page is ready – just waiting for some minor adjustments

9. Since now we will keep you updated at least once per week on how we are doing .
So to sum up – things are going well however there is still a lot to do for us. We are aiming at providing you with the best customer service possible – that what the Bob Long is all about – make you feel unique and like a family member – corporate approach is not our way
