The HR1 will still be available for the FS7's. Rocky helped with the concept and put the design through rigorous testing, but the design was my own. The FS8 has a new type of valve system that is very unique. I am also working on a drop in HR2 system for it.

We are targeting the full release for early March.

am wochenende hatten wir das vegnügen welche zu befingern. meine jungs haben die auch fleissig getecht und das neue boltkit ist sehr geil gemacht und endlich kickt sie wieder wie die 05er, nämlich 0,000.

dieses boltkit wird NICHT in der fs8 verbaut sein, das ist ein hr2, ein gleichwertiges wird es aber als update für die fs8 geben (glaub so zu huntington beach), soweit ich das verstanden hab :rock:

ps @ThreeD: meine fs8 rennt jetzt undzwar wie sau, gerade schon ein hopper mit psp in garten gelassen :hurra: , lag an der dwell time....

I am working on an HR2 system that will drop into the 7's and Pro's. Because of the lack of volume space you wont have quite the performance as the 8's are capable of with the HR2 system, but it will be comparable with the HR1's performance.

If you buy a FS8 with the Silder valve, you will have to get a new bolt assembly. Right now the target retail is $99, but we'll see what happens in the future. Hawk Industries (http://www.icdunderground.net) is producing the HR series bolt kits, I have nothing to do with it.

I'm not sure of the slider pressures, but the HR2 is between 220 and 240psi. LPR is around 145psi depending on final FPS.

Don't forget, the stock release FS8 comes with the Slider valve, NOT the HR2. The slider valve IS MORE efficient then any other freestyle OR upgrade ever made. We are getting 1200 - 1300 off the slider, which is around 50 - 100 shots MORE then the BEST HR1 system.

One of the main reasons for the efficiency increase is the VOLUME of the bolt assembly has been increased. This increase has finally pushed the valve system into more possibilities then ever before. This is why the NEW bolt system won't fit older markers AND the reason why an HR2 for an older marker is not going to get the same efficiency as the FS8.

So if you have an older marker and want better efficiency, the HR1 is probably your best bet for the time being. There might be HR2's available for older styles in the future, but its not TOP priority.
