Thank you for your patience
We understand how difficult it has been for you to make decisions regarding the 2018 season without more information from the NXL. Much time and consideration has been put into the structure of the new league and we want to thank you for the support, input, suggestions and guidance in shaping the NXL European Paintball Series. Below you will find answers to many of your team and player related questions. Sponsorship and vendor information will be sent out later this week. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us.

New to Europe
We are increasing the amount of preliminary matches for Divisional Xball from 3 to 4.
Only the Professional division will be a locked division.
Professional Xball division will be unlimited paint.
Semi-Pro and Divisional Xball will be 4 pods and a hopper.
Referees will signal penalties with yellow and red flags.
Players will not be penalized for picking up paint off the ground.
Points will not restart if player who hits the buzzer is shot. Penalties will be assessed, and if after the penalties are assessed the team still has any active players the team will still receive the point. If opposing team has any number of active bodies they will automatically be awarded the point, regardless of how many active players the team that hit the buzzer has.
Overtime will only be played for the professional division and all elimination round games.

Pick & choose events to play
With the exception of the Pro Division, all other divisions are open to any teams wanting to compete in as many or as few events as teams would like! Play just one event, play another event with the same team or with a different team – it is up to you! Players will be allowed to play on multiple teams so long as the teams are in different formats (Xball, 5-man, 10-man, 3-man). Teams will not have a season roster lock (Pro rosters will lock 4 weeks before the 3rd event).
The 2018 NXL Europe Pro Division will be a locked division, but their rosters are not locked until four weeks before the 3rd event of the year. They may switch their players around but may not add players who are listed on another NXL Europe Pro roster after June 8, 2018, 4 weeks before NXL Europe Event #3.
