Bolt:
Get out your purdy Onyx
Unscrew the screw on the back plate
Push the bolt assembly out the back and wipe off all old lube
Remove back plate by removing the three small set screws, and then pulling directly backwards
Unscrew the two sections of the valve chamber
Unscrew your bolt (if you cannot get it off by hand, you can use a nut driver on the back of the ram [where you just took off the back plate] to get a grip on it)
Slide the front half of the valve chamber off the front
Remove the poppit and spring
Push the ram out the back
Now you have everything apart
Wipe off old lube and lube the poppit with Dow55 as shown
Place the sping back in the chamber in its spot, as shown
Put the poppit ontop of it
Wipe off old lube and lube the back part of the valve chamger with Dow55 as shown
Screw the two halves of the valve chamger together
Wipe off old lube and lube the ram with Dow55 as shown

Place the ram through the back
Screw the bolt back on the ram. Use a 1/4" nut driver on the back of the ram to get it on nice and tight, you do NOT want it coming loose or coming off during firing
Re-attach the back plate so the bottom part of the plate with the spot for the screw aligns with the air hole in the back part near the ram as shown and replace the three small set screws
Wipe off old lube and lube all except the bolt with Dow55, use Dow33 on the bolt, as 55 on it can cause some drop off. Dow33 = bolt; Dow55 = everything else.
Put it back in the gun and screw it back on, and you're good to go.
HPR-
Take th HPR off the gun
Unscrew the two halves
Take out the adjustment screw
Push out the internals
Wipe off all lube and relube with Dow55 and reassmble, simple as that.
Will do the LPR once I make my pressure gauge for the LPR so I know what to set it at once I'm done...
