HR-1 FS7 CYLINDER UPGRADE

Upgrade your current FS7 or FreeStyle Pro cylinder to the HR-1 platform. This upgrade will increase your efficiency, cycle speed, and reduce the kick of your style to next to nothing.

This upgrade consists of a modification to the Powertube, replacement of the Valve pin, Valve tip, and Valve body. It also changes the spring that holds the link pin to a spring and spacer that is much more responsive and has a better locking effect on your link pin or snatch grip.

Due to the modification that has to be done to the Powertube, you must send your cylinder in to our facilities to have the upgrade installed. The install is $99 with shipping and handling included in the USA. If you are shipping international, shipping charges may apply.

I know some of you are wondering what the mod is.

Here are a couple picts. Basically, the longer valve rod fits inside the HE housing. When the bolt is at it's farthest point forward, the second o-ring completely cuts off the air. The o-rings and power tube are enlarged to 008, which means lower pressure (larger piston=lower pressure). Operating pressure is 300psi or less. Shorter dwell times can be realized as well.

Another nice feature is the little spring added at the pull pin detent... it makes it so the pin won't just fall out.

This is not a do-it-yourself mod...the power tube needs to be drilled to accept the larger insert, and the valve rod needs to be timed so that it just closes the air passage on full bolt extension. Das mit dem valve-rod, der die Luftzufuhr von hinten dichtmacht wenn der Bolt vorne ist, ist doch so ähnlich wie der Mod den Evolve mal so in einer Animation skizziert hat, oder?

hab ich in meiner AB-Freestyle schon verbaut *g* läuft nur leider aufgrund einer defekten Dichtung nich. Sobald sie wieder läuft kann ich euch gerne n par Erfahrungsberichte posten, hab nur leider keine Referenz zum Original, da ich sie direkt so bekommen habe.

kommt, verprochen =) hab bisher ca 3000 Schuss damit gemacht und der Eindruck war nich übel. Aber wie gesagt, genauere facts kommen, wenn ich die Dichtungen ersetzt habe.
