Evolve Angel Newton Valve Kit

Wie ich gerade bei den German Angel Owners gesehen habe, hat Evolve jetzt
(endlich) das Newton Valve Kit released.

Hier der Text:

We even shocked ourselves when we fired this baby up for the first time. Utilising a revolutionary Equalising Valve design (Patent Pending) we were able to push the Angel to new limits. By having a valve that requires minimal force to open even at higher pressures we have been able to give the Angel the lowest weight reciprocating mass of any paintball marker to date. Driven by a 10g delrin and steel hybrid hammer, we allow the user to drop their LPR pressure dramatically whilst keeping low dwell settings. We had an A4 shooting at 290fps with an input of 250psi, an LPR setting of 40 and dwell of 9 sensi off and this thing just bounced off paint, even hellfire!!! Using these new settings we were able to squeeze over 2000 shots from a 68/4500 cool fill, all at high speed and with zero kick. 6 months warranty.

Ok now i will explain how the valve works

We have used a pat pending process of preassure/area reduction
basically if you imagine your valve seat being held shut by air pressure and a spring you have to hit the valve with a heavy mass at speed to open it then to allow it to stay open you have to add dwell.

what we have done is create a valve seat that has a small piston attached to a rod on the back of the seat this piston is 2/3rds the size of the seat and it sits in the volumiser. when you apply air preassure to the valve seat now you apply 2/3rds the preassure to the piston so basically you have less preassure pressing on the seat. this means you can run a slightly higher input preassure. Add to this the fact it now only needs to be hit with a lightweight force for example a 10 gram hammer at a lower lpr preassure.

So you get decreased kick. More Accuracy, better gas consumption no ball breakage even with brittle paint. and because the dwell can be run lower you increase the cycle time of the gun.

So I rail off about 30 shots before we start playing Wednesday night and my jaw drops as I realize I do not feel this gun shooting. I pull the trigger, a ball flies out of the barrel but I can't actually tell that the gun has ever fired it. Not only that, but now paint is flying straighter than ever (shooting ultimate chronic). After that quick set I walk over to the chrono station and sure enough the gun is still shooting between 290 and 295. I play a few more games with it and am as impressed as I was the first time I shot it, by this time a few of my teammates are complaining to me about how I wasn't courteous enough to get them kits too.

So we're done playing for the night, I am gearing down and Marcus "long time angel user" the Carcus asks to try my gun out, of course he's just as amazed as I am.

I'd compare it most to a matrix/dm4/proto with a very low lpr setting, no movement just paintballs flying out of the barrel, but at the same time I think they still kick more than the evolve kit.

Der Trick is wohl nur der kleinere Hammer, der zusammen mit dem angepassten Valve weniger Druck braucht, viel weniger. Ist wohl nur 1/6el des Originalgewichts.

Ahh, endlich geschaft eine Angel ohne Kick.
Rotschwarzer Stiff! Barrel und die Speed 05 in der Farbkombi machen schon was her...

Also, ich krame mal die Rudimente meines Physikwissens heraus und rate mal ins Blaue wie das Ding funktioniert ...

- Der vordere Teil vom Volumizer ist auf Umgebungsdruck

- Im Voli ist dazu noch eine Trennwand mit einer Öffnung für die Stange oder das Ding was oben auf der Stange sitzt erfüllt diese Funktion

- Der komische Nöpsel mit dem Dichtring unten sitzt auf der Öffnung zum Breech

- Wenn der Hammer auf das untere Ende drückt, wird das obere Ende der langen Stange rausgeschoben.

- Damit kann die Stange ohne Volumenänderung der HP-Kammer ohne damit ohne Kraft bewegt werden (ein wenig wie bei der Matrix).

- Der Nöpsel mit dem Dichtring saugt sich fest, das Dichtet aber nicht richtig ab, da es zum Festsaugen immer eine Stömung geben muß (es würde also immer Luft entweichen)

- Es gibt deswegen (wie gesagt, ich rate ) oben im Voli noch eine Feder, die den Nöpsel andrückt (dazu wahrscheinlich die Schraube) ...

- Oder das Zusammenquetschen des Dichtrings ist nicht ganz Volumenneutral und liefert damit eine (geringe) Kraft, die das Ventil abdichtet.

Das fällt mir Spontan dazu ein. Mal sehen, wieweit ich danebenliege

Ich denke das sollte das letzte Upgrade fuer mein Babe sein, dann ist ALLES am Ende der Moeglichkeiten....

Kann jemand ne Aussage zur Verwendung des Boltkits in Verbindung mit dem Blitzzkrieg Setup für ne Angel A4 Fly machen?

Is das Setup mit diesem Kit kompatibel, überflüssig oder gar nicht verwendbar?

würde sagen das kit ist eher für die jungs (und mädels) die ihre angel immer!!! perfeckt einstellen möchten. mit ulfs blitz setup hat das nix mehr zu thun. bei dem kit stellste ja dein LP über den regler und mano ein. ebenso wirt die ram und das valve eingestellt.
meiner meinung nach sollte es nur wirklich für HK-Tuner und Pimp-Gun versessene was sein. würde auch behaupten das es die angel nicht wirlich schneller oder weniger kikt als mit ulfs BK setup. bei unerfahrenen würde es warscheinlich nach ner schrauborgie mit dem totalen desaster enden. ich sehe schon die bilder wo angel user so enden wie unerfahrene coker zocker die keine ahnung ham vom timing des e-blades :msmiley1:

Also Kinners, dat Ding wird es in den Next Generation Angels geben und als Nachrüstsatz für Eure Speeds, 05er Speeds, A4s und etwas später wohl sogar für Eure IR3's und LCD's geben. Und dann auch noch von WDP.
