Looks like the valve on the right...



The one on the left is a timmy ram sleeve. It uses the same poppet that you can see in front of the timmy ram sleeve.

So far the advantages we have found when it is properly set up:-

1) You can reduce your LPR pressure
2) Sometimes you can reduce your dwell
3) You can reduce your moving mass and still get full velocity
4) The valve shuts off more precisely giving you greater consistency over the chono (= better accuracy).

The valve on a poppet gun is closed by both the spring and air pressure. Springs (once broken in) are very consistent. The air pressure is no-where near as consistent in how it applies it's force.

This valve puts air pressure onto both sides of the poppet. This reduces the factor by which the inconsistency of the air pressure puts force on the valve. This mean the valve opening and closing is controlled more by the spring. Since the spring is more consistent, you get a more consistent valve opening and closing, meaning you get a more consistent burst of air and THUS a more consistent shot. The more consistent your shot is, the more accurate your gun is.

Then this valve also allows you to reduce your LPR (less force on the ball via the bolt), reduce your dwell (higher ROF and more shots from the battery), reduce your moving mass (less inertia on a ball with brittle shells and faster cycling).

Yeah it looks simple... but it does a LOT for your gun.

Habe so ein Gerät nun in meiner Promaster verbaut.
Ich kann nur sagen: das rockt ma richtig. :rock:
Man kann den LPR soweit senken dass gerade noch der Bolt vollständig gespannt wird
(nix mehr mit ab da ne Umdrehung oder mehr draufgeben) und trotzdem cycled die Kiste gnadenlos sauber.
Der Kick der Gun ist nahezu verschwunden - liegt selbst bei Vollgas einfach nur Brett (und das nur mit Luft...ohne Hopper drauf).
Ich werde morgen mal ein paar Bälle reinpacken und mal die Dwell Settings testen.
Gebe dann nochmal bekannt ob man auch die Dwell wirklich senken kann.

So, habe eben mal ausgiebig mit Paint getestet.
Die Büchse rennt sogar auf Dwell 6 absolut sauber! Keine Chops, keine Platzer...und das bei echt empfindlicher Paint (die platzt schon, wenn sie einem vom Tisch fällt).

Fazit: das Ventil ist echt der Oberhammer. Lohnt sich 100% :hurra:
